A wine to drink from dawn to dusk. Delicious macerated Pinot Gris with a typical and slightly perfumed bouquet. But most importantly, it's interesting to witness its evolution in the glass. It all begins with bakery herbs with white pepper and VA. Then it reveals spoiled orange, dough, honey and brett. Juicy and fun! VA plays nicely here to elevate and add complexity.
