Oof, young Jakot is always a challenge. Everything is too much for my taste. I appreciate the wine, but in my experience, it needs many years to calm down. Even 2007 is still charged. Anyways. 2018 (1L) brings lots of acetone, Jerez, dried herbs, and honey. Rich, intense and complex. After spending some time in a decanter, the crushing acidity became less murderous.
