Tasted blind and thought about Australia (Ten Minutes by Tractor for example). Sophisticated bouquet: white pepper with Roquefort, honeydew, pineapple, flint, coconut and citrus. A little bit bitter, but creamy palate, flavours of citrus and canned pineapple. Great.
