This wine is wonderfully simple yet dangerously drinkable. It starts with dried berries and a touch of earthiness, with an animalistic hint that fades over time, revealing perfumed notes. Seamless and juicy, it offers flavors of herbs, candies, and earthiness, reminiscent of a refreshing cold compote on a hot summer day (not related to earthiness, of course).
