This wine presents an intense nose, rich with yeasty notes of brioche, cheese, yellow plums, and a hint of flowers. On the palate, it continues to be intense and generous, not overly delicate, with a somewhat broad character. It begins with a very nice attack and is followed by a powerful mousse. Acidity is nice here! The wine is friendly, with well-'integrated' dosage, though it might benefit from a slightly lower dosage to avoid a touch of vulgarity. The finish has a lovely cider-like quality. Overall, it's a nice and enjoyable wine.
