There is something charming in its teenager's spirit, yet it's not my cup of Ploussard. Dogwood, cranberry and iron rust. Some tomato sauce and white pepper. VA adds unnecessary strain and tries to hide the volume. Despite the descriptors, it feels rather simple.
A wine with a story more interesting than the wine itself. Some subtle notes of barnyard mixed with brine (was it a sweating cow or horse?). Ground pepper and guelder rose. Unlike T么t out Tard, this one has less balance, more volume and higher acidity lifted by VA. Flavours of red apple and cranberry. Straight-forward, simple and juicy.
