This wine initially presents a somewhat restrained nose, but with patience, its complexity unfolds beautifully. Given time, it reveals notes of red fruits, anise, white pepper, raw meat, and sage. The palate is vibrant, with firm tannins and a touch of rusticity, yet the quality of the fruit lends a pleasant balance. Flavors of ripe cherry, minty undertones, and night flowers further enhance the experience, creating a nuanced and engaging wine. Not the most complex one, but definitely curious and delicious one.
