Barolo Bussia

A cat licks my face. I count to ten. A stingy sensation of dryness lingers on. Ah, Barolo! Friendly and approachable. Cherries, spices, tar, red flowers, a wet forest floor and a slice of champignon. High alcohol, endless tartness (hello, persimmon), good acidity. Yet, despite the full body, it doesn't feel too heavy.
