This wine presents a rich and multilayered bouquet with aromas of fig, raisins, pine nuts, and a touch of mold, all underpinned by malt, roasted coffee, burnt caramel, and a hint of sea breeze. Remarkably, there is sufficient acidity and minerality to balance its 289g/L of residual sugar, which is impressive. Its dense, syrup-like texture leads to a persistent, flavorful, and salty aftertaste. Simply yummy.
