Tasting Notes
Good Pinot Noir-driven Champagne. Deep golden colour, expressive bouquet of brioche with butter, Jerez, field honey, soaked apples and yellow fruits. Good volume, not overly complex, but expressive and flavourful. Better to serve it slightly warmer to open it up.
Tchin Tchin #10 is an intense Champagne that generously delivers oxidative aromas while keeping the freshness and fruitiness of a young wine. Jerez, fried almond, baked apples, and citrus. With high acidity, voluminous mousse and salty finish, it's just a quaffable delicacy.
