Ruché

This Ruché is bolder than I expected it to be. A pleasant bouquet full of red berries, freshly ground black pepper, medicinal herbs, and some leathery notes. It is well balanced with good acidity and still itchy tannin. The aftertaste is long, warm and slightly sweet. It was worth trying, but I am not planning on buying the second bottle. Instead, I crave now for a bottle of Ruschena by Cascina Tavijn.
