Ah, Champagne by Charles Dufour. Clean style, you would not even tell that it is made in a low intervention manner. Intense aroma, bakery, redcurrant, apple seeds and oil. Great acidity, very long aftertaste, flavours of raspberry and oil. Tasty!

Intense and beautiful nose. Redcurrant, yeast, sunflower oil, creme. Perfectly balanced, great mousse, long finish with flavours of raspberry and fermenting cider. Pleasant ant tasty!
