The bouquet of this Pinot Noir is unexpectedly ripe, boasting notes of plum, black cherries, mulberry, liquorice, and a touch of smoky oak. While the viscosity of the palate provides a robust structure, the wine falls short in elegance, acidity, and precision. Despite its sophistication, these shortcomings are evident. Nonetheless, it paired commendably with grilled meat.
