This wine is simple and easy to enjoy, presenting a nose with aromas of cheese, mold, and quince, intermingled with candied yellow fruits. The palate reveals a borderline dosage that is thankfully balanced by its high acidity. The mousse is quite nice—delicate yet with a slight sting. Overall, it's a pleasant and easy-going wine. Albeit not my cup of tea.
