Chardonnay Arbois-Pupullin

Not sure what happened here. But it seems like someone forgot this wine on lees in an old oak. Smeared apples, yeast, yeast, yeast, and walnut. Round and bready. But it lacks acidity. Kids, be careful with them yeasts. See what happened to uncle Arbois-Pupullin?
