·@ChișinăuRipe apricots, wildflowers, toffee, bruised apple, and hard candy on the nose. On the palate, it's fairly fresh, with some tannin - gentle, though starting to feel a bit tired. The finish is long, but the overall impression? Just fine.
Once again (like with many skin contact wines from Moldova), there's that sense of sterility and hesitation - a wine that plays it too safe, resulting in something ultimately forgettable. Maybe pair it with a slice of plăcintă cu cașcaval and call it a day.
