·@GarageThe new release of 450 slm is boring. Truly a wine to consume and forget about its existence. It's not bad, just flabby. Apricot, rotten fruits, and kōcha kinoko. Lacks in balance, little bubbles.

Orange bubbles are always welcome. They are celebrating and cheerful. Complex bouquet of kombucha, orange peel and ginger. Easy to drink, a bottle ends in a blink of eye. Orange Col Fondo is a discovery!
About Producer
Ernesto Cattel is one of the first people that started to restore popularity of Col Fondo, e.g. ancestrale method, which differs from Pet Nat by having second fermentation in the bottle and with no filtration. And to make it even more interesting, his Col Fondo is macerated!
