3.6Wafting with scents of donkey's ass, grapefruit and spring flowers, it greets you warmly. Fresh, juicy and stingy. Not complex, a bit fun.
About
Pétillant Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay (23%), Pinot Noir (66%), Pinot Meunier (1%) and Ortega (10%) from a selection of growers in Kent and Sussex. A combination of whole bunch pressing and destemmed, crushed grapes which were macerated. 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks, 60% transferred to foudres for 4 months.
