Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Ah, an extravagant old man that carries candies for us children. The colour is getting closer to the brick. Aromatic bouquet showing some age: retired berries, chocolate, coffee beans, underbrush and mushrooms. Dry, medium-bodied, smooth with medium round tannin. Well-balanced with a long and flavourful aftertaste. Not sure if it makes sense to keep it for too long, there is a risk of finding a skeleton.
