·@Lo BarThe Extra Brut Reserve is not overly complicated, yet it's a delicate and pleasant wine. Green apple, green tropical fruits, wet stones and chalk. High acidity, mineral profile and strangely one-dimensional for a wine that spent so much (36 months) on lees.
