Crémant du Jura Brut

Consistently good Crémant. A lovely mix of brioche, quince, lime and cheese. Good acidity and volume. A bit salty, which only adds to the excitement.

One case behind, and I am not yet tired of this wine. Love this mix of brioche, quince and Tête de Moine slices. Good acidity and volume. Good crémant. It pairs well with a lazy evening because it's not too complex and just pleasant to sip.

Beautiful crémant from Jura. A captivating bouquet full of quince, Tête de Moine slices and croissant topped with lemon slices. Good acidity, there is some evolution of taste, long aftertaste with flavours of lemon tart. Unexpected beauty that I am going to buy more. Yummy! It lacks complexity and depth to be truly gorgeous. But I don't mind.
