slint chardonnay

Tasted blind. My guess was some young Chablis. Let's consider it to be praise for Ochota and Adelaide Hills. Shells, green apple, green apricot, ascorbic candy. Not overly complex, but delicious, well-balanced, with a pleasant salty aftertaste.
