Viña Cubillo Crianza

Another happy accident led me to this bottle, which I found and bought purely by chance. Despite its Crianza label, it clearly showed that it needs more time to fully mature. However, it's already quite impressive. The nose reveals abundant slightly dried fruits, leather, underbrush, oak, and spices. On the palate, the oak is nicely integrated, even though it stands out. The wine is elegant (relatively speaking), juicy, and boasts great concentration and intensity. I absolutely love it.
