Time heals, they say. There are two combinable options - (a) the wine heals after spending some time in contact with oxygen, and (b) enough time passes so you forget the experience. Is anything wrong? It’s 2019 vintage, and it’s fizzy. Damn you, spontaneous fermentation. Borodino bread with fermented berries.
After throwing 2d20, we landed a critical hit. Oxygen heals. The wine becomes more fruity and less volatile. But still, it’s not complex and not fascinating enough. Yet it’s delicious, juicy and easy-going. Someone crushed peperoncini in my glass. And I love it.
