Cortese and Chardonnay from vines just beneath Nadia’s home blended with a little Moscato from her friend Ezio Cerruti. The grapes were destemmed and macerated for a few days (4-7 days), fermented in steel and then racked to fibreglass for nine months.

A nice and friendly orange with a charming bouquet: dried field flowers, honey, dried apricot, beeswax, roasted nuts, pressed bai mudan, and caramel. Medium body, good structure thanks to a combination of viscosity and tannin, flavourful. Not dry, but let it not scare you. An autumn wine with a good value.
Wine #1 on Grapes of Piedmont event.

It wasn’t the first bottle, and definitely not the last one. After all, it’s a friendly orange wine with good value. I know the sugar content is higher, but thanks to the overall balance, it doesn’t bother me at all. Generous bouquet of caramel, dried apricot, honey, dried field flowers, roasted nuts and bai mudan. Well structured.

No secrets here. I love this wine. Among the best skin contact wines for this price on the Ukrainian market. It starts with funky barnyard notes that quickly transform into a beautiful bouquet of buckwheat honey, dried medicinal herbs, and candied stone fruits with a touch of VA. Well balanced and round. Delicious drink.
