Ploussard Côte de Fuele

It all starts with blood sausages and barnyard. With time the brett-y notes calm down to reveal spoiled raspberry, cranberry, barberry candy, and red flowers. The blood is still there. Delicate, juicy and calm. Not fascinating per se, just a pleasant wine.
