Over time, I've come to appreciate this style. It's not just a simple combination of austerity and elegance; it also has an incredibly fresh and chalky palate, yet with concentration and balance at the same time. And boy, it still feels so young! Great wine for sure.

The bouquet reveals notes of figs, caramel, pomegranate, sour cherry, leather, and grilled meat. On the palate, you find flavours of Sicilian oranges, sour cherry, leather, and wood.
