Barberry Garden

Welcome to my independent exploration of the wine world. My name's Boris Buliga, and on this site I share my personal tasting notes and scores. You'll also find information about wines and winemakers, as well as the results of tastings I either organise myself (keep an eye on the event calendar) or attend with permission to collect participant scores. Over time, I've gathered a fair bit of data beyond my own notes, so once a year I publish summaries with some analytics (the latest ones are pinned just below).

As a little bonus, anyone who's joined one of our tastings has a personal page that slowly but surely gains new features. If you've forgotten how to access yours, just drop me a line.

P.S. I'm not a sommelier, nor do I have ties to wine importers or shops. I'm just an enthusiast who likes tracking my discoveries and staying as impartial as one can when there's so much good wine in the world.
