La Bubulle à Jeannot

While not a big fan of Pétillant Naturel wines, I drink them from time to time. In my opinion, one should taste them in a company to share them both emotionally and financially. La Bubulle à Jeannot is pretty good. Mostly because of the high acidity and good mousse, which is rare for this winemaking method. Uzvar, spoiled red apples, peach, quince and flowers. Definitely among the best Pétillant Naturel wines that I've tasted so far.
