Grigio in Grigio

Sometimes I pour some whiskey or other spirit into a glass to enjoy its aroma over the evening without making even a single sip. Grigio in Grigio is more exciting in the nose than in the palate. It bursts with pine cones jam, dried apples and raspberries, juniper, bitter herbs and warm spices. Round yet not expressive on the palate. It's well-balanced. Quite delicate. Flavours of juniper and chocolate candies with brandy and cherry.
